the cashout blues?

Cashed a $100 out of bodog wainting on check. Any way It seems when ever I cashout I get the cashout blues Just cant win for nothing for awhileits bad beat central..... Well just trying to grind it out for a while down to $108 in the bankroll so its back to basics abc shit and all that.
I saw a good youtube segment on sng poker by proff77 if you get the chance check it out.

Ok trying a cashout at bodog ran my $100 to $212 so I called bodog and requested a check . They say it will take 17 to 23 days, hopefully all will go well.
anyway back to the grind with the bankroll at $112 now.

MY play has been much better lately. Made back $60 of $300 I lost last month.
Just playing safe In cheap sit and gos. The beginner sngs at bodog pay the top 5 rather than top 3 so its much easier to cash.( maybe begineer level is where I need to be)
